Refund Policy

Awadhesh Prasad Mahavidyalaya strives to provide transparent and secure payment facilities to students and parents. Before making any payment, users are advised to carefully read the refund and cancellation policy.

Refund requests, wherever applicable, shall be reviewed by the college administration and processed according to the terms mentioned below.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Charges

Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, ERP charges, convenience fees and bank charges are non-refundable.

Payment Charges

All transaction-related charges imposed by banks or payment gateways shall be borne by the cardholder/payer.

Refund Approval

Refund requests shall be considered only after verification and approval by the authorized college authority.

Cancellation Policy

Once a payment has been successfully completed through the online payment system, cancellation may not be possible under normal circumstances.

In exceptional situations, requests may be reviewed solely at the discretion of the college administration.

Refund Request Process

Submit Request

Submit a written application along with supporting documents.

Verification

The request will be verified by the concerned department.

Approval

Eligible refund cases will be approved by the competent authority.

Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days.

Important Notice

Fees once deposited shall ordinarily not be refunded. Refunds, if any, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances approved by the college administration.

The institution reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
